Rated PG-13 Chapter 23, Part 2 Kevin: Damn. *He looked at his phone.* Oh it's Nick. Do you mind if I talk to him for a sec? Allison: Go ahead, tell him I said hi! Kevin: Ok. Hey man!... Yeah, she's here... Oh well, she's not going to her grammas... No, I don't think she's any closer to forgiving you man... Yeah, I know it sucks... I'm sure she'll come around though... Allison: Tell him to give it some time. Kevin: Did you hear that? Yeah... no I didn't hear about that... Hold on, lemme ask her... Hey babe, did you hear about Sierra going out with someone named Jeffrey on New Years? Allison: Jeffrey Thorne, yeah I heard... how'd Nick hear? Kevin: Yeah, she is. Alli wants to know how you know? Oh... ok... He says that Jeffrey is his friend Blake's cousin and so that's how. Allison: Oh, that's not good. Kevin: Well, maybe she'll have a terrible time... I dunno Nick, my lunch is almost over and I gotta spend it with Alli, so I'll talk to you tomorrow, just try to enjoy your Christmas. Allison: Merry Christmas, Nick! Kevin: He says Merry Christmas... Ok, bye. *He hung up the phone.* Man, she's going out with someone else? Allison: Well, she has to get over Nick. And her and Shannon don't seem to hate eachother to death anymore now that he's not getting in between them. Kevin: I feel bad for him. Nick's a good guy. Allison: I dunno, he kissed Shannon while he was dating Sierra. Kevin: He was really drunk though. And Shannon kinda made the first move on him. But he didn't wanna put on the blame on her coz he knew Sierra already hated her. And he felt bad about that. Allison: Oh. Seriously? Kevin: That's what he told me. Just like when they did it over the summer. They were both really drunk, but Shannon made the first move and he thought she was hot so he went with it. But she still doesn't even know that they for sure went all the way. Allison: I didn't even know about all of this. They've had sex? Kevin: Yeah. But Shannon doesn't know it. Like, she kinda does, but isn't sure. But Nick is scared of Shannon. She intimidates him and so he can't date her if he's afraid that she's gonna get mad at him and kick his ass. Allison: *She busted out laughing and Kevin joined in.* Are you serious? That's why he's not going out with her? Oh my God! Ok, Nick is proly the one person Shannon wouldn't hurt and he's still terrified of her. Wow... Kevin: Don't tell anyone. But yeah, that's what he told me. Allison: That's the funniest fucking thing I've ever heard! Kevin: Tell me about it. Try being me hearing Nick say that shit out of his own mouth and then me trying not to laugh. I couldn't do it. I almost passed out and had we not been as high as we were he would've been pissed at me. Allison: Yeah, you guys had to have been pretty fucking high for him to come out with that shit. Damn... I gotta tell Hill this shit. Kevin: You can't tell Hill! Allison: I'm tellin... Kevin: I'm never telling you another secret. Allison: Yes you are. You love me. And you know I wouldn't spread it around the school, so you trust me. *She put her head on his shoulder.* Kevin: Ok... you can tell Hill... Allison: See? Kevin: Yeah! Be careful what you ask me to do for you... you know I can't say no. Allison: Same here... It's not so bad being wrapped around someones finger when they're wrapped around yours too. Kevin: You're right. I got me a smart girlfriend. Allison: And I got me a you... *They both laughed and then kissed eachother again.* Kevin: So you gonna call Hill and let her know you're staying? Allison: Yeah, eventually. But not right now. I'm too comfortable. They spent the rest of Kevin's lunch break in eachothers arms. And then when Kevin had to go back to work Allison hung out in the break room. She didn't mind being alone back there, she knew Kevin was nearby and it made her feel better.
