I Don't Like Her... I Love Her Chapter 1

Sydney's P.O.V. I've known the Jonas family as long as I can remember. Tiny tots, or even littler. Our parents went to college together (of course, Denise was a lot younger than my mom!) But now, we still hang out a lot, if we can catch eachother on the road, or just hang before a concert. I'm seventeen now, and I am right in the middle of Joe and Nick. People think I am one of the most spoiled girls in the school. Truth is, I'm not. I dress nicely, but that's really all. They also didn't know that I used to be best friends with Joe and Nick, so they think I get to hang out with them and meet them. But no. And everyone thinks I have no smartness in me. I do, actually, I'm in the gifted program. (the good one, not the not smart one) Also, people think that I am dating a Jonas. If I was dating, we'd call everyday and say how much we love eachother. That's another no-no. I've never kissed a Jonas, well, except for my wedding with Joe when I was in preschool. But c'mon, I was 4! I don't know why people think so highly of me, they call me the 'school slut' and 'bratty brat' but that doesn't bother me. I still have my three best friends from Jersey. Joe's P.O.V. Sydney is so nice, we've been friends forever. I still remember our wedding, when I was six. Hah, that was a great moment. Nick really has a crush on her, so I guess that was the inspiriation of 'Just Friends.' That's what I mean by guess. Now she's my best friend, and I would never have a crush on her. I mean, I am dating Taylor and Syd is very optimistic about our relationship. She loves Taylor, and Tay loves her back. Syd's a very outgoing person, she could talk and talk continously without air. (if she had the choice) Well, her birthday is one day after Kevins, so we always celebrate their birthdays together. Syd has a little sister named Hayden and a little brother named Troy. She has also been having friend problems at school which I feel really bad about. Hayden is fourteen and Troy is ten. Hayden is miss popular and Troy is the baseball bud. Nick's P.O.V. Syd is amazing. She is supposed to be in Las Vegas, like us, today. I am really excited. We really never talk about our personal lives. But it's kind of awkward, also. And Joe really likes her. That's why he likes 'Just Friends.' Well, I think Syd's here anyway! Syd's P.O.V. I was walking off the plane, like a normal person and saw all of these flashes. "Paparazzi," I said under my breath. Everybody hates paparazzi. Including me. I hate the sound, the buzz, and the lies they tell. I knew it was them when I saw the flashes. Well, the paparazzi WAS screaming their names. So it was quite obivious. They were asking ridiculious questions like, "Are you waiting for a girl?" or "Are you flying to surprise a town?" And they answered back, "Just waiting for a friend." Which was smart. I was standing there, when I saw Nick see me and smile. I ran up to him and hugged him first. Then Joe. Then Kevin. That was just the order they were standing in. I don't do favorites. "Syd! How are you?" Nick asked, getting Big Rob to push off the paparazzi. "I'm fine! Oh my goodness, it's been at least four months since I've seen you!" I hugged them again. "Yeah. Syd, we miss you," Joe started. "Even Taylor does. You're like the long lost sister we never had." That was a sweet thing for Joe to say. Joe and I have been really close, and same with me and Nick. Kevin and I are kinda distant. I mean, we are still best friends, but we don't communicate as much as I do with the other brothers. "So guys, what's on your adgenda today?" I asked, curious about what's goin' on. "Ehh, nothing," Kevin replied. "But there is a Starbucks up the street." I laughed. He always has to have his Starbucks. It's really funny. "Okay. Let's go guys." --------------------------------- Ehh, bad start. I hope you like it though. I have a lot planned. Get the title?!
